Uruapan, Michoacán.-Armed subjects shot four people traveling aboard a vehicle in the city of Uruapan. As a result, two of the victims died and the others were badly in staffed, police reported.
The attack occurred on Monday afternoon on the side of the Benito Juárez Causeway, near the San José de la Mina and La Cofradía settlements.
It transgnited that the now offended were surprised by some employed, who began shooting at them and then fled quickly.
Sources indicated that after the assault the driver of the aforementioned car and one of his companions died. Two other occupants were also injured, including a woman.
Patrolmen and paramedics went to the aforementioned road and cordoned it off. Consecutively rescuers channeled the survivors to a hospital for proper medical care.
Elements of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office were responsible for the corresponding investigations and transferred the bodies to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo). The proceedings continue to clarify the case.
