The cancellation of applications by the INE Councillors for the omission of a report of pre-camp expenses of Morena applicants – a party where there are no pre-camps – is a disproportionate punishment.
Torres Piña considered that nominations should be won in positioning against citizens, in territorial work, in fraternal struggle and not to be lost at the table by the controversial and illegal decision of that electoral body.
All INE decisions must be based on legality, so its determinations must be well founded, reasoned and credible, in order to generate certainty in the electoral process.
