Escuinapa, Sinaloa .- Emmett Soto Grave, municipal president of Escuinapa, reported that his government is already preparing to make a formal delivery-reception, in order and with bases that allow to know exactly the assets that the municipality possesses and its finances. The mayor said that since he assumed the municipal presidency of Escuinapa, they have focused on giving a financial order, as well as giving formality to the assets that the municipality owns, since they were met with a complete disorder.
