On Tuesday morning, reporters from Grupo Imagen, Multimedios and FOROtv were attacked by auxiliary police and banks in Mexico City.
In one of the incidents, security elements arrested and assaulted reporters from Grupo Imagen in the Historic Center when they were making recordings at the Cathedral.

Meanwhile, FOROtv reporters were covering the mobilization that led to the death of a man who threw himself on the Subway tracks at the Viveros station.
The videos show how the capital police tried to snatch the equipment, and even reporter Itzel Cruz pointed out that one of them tried to take away her cell phone where she was trying to document the assault.

He also detailed that the video team only took graphs of the mobilization of police and emergency services at the station.
In this regard, the Secretariat of Citizen Security of the capital said it has identified the elements, who will be removed from office while the General Directorate of Internal Affairs conducts the investigation.

“The reporters were not presented to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, nor to the Civic Judge and are in perfect health. The Secretary of Citizen Security, contacted those affected to personally address the complaint, “said the secretariat.
