Throughout the month of August, within the framework of the UniPyME programme, two trainings on diversity will be held by Mariana Massaccesi, equality specialist and advisor to UN Women. The meetings will be held on 4 and 11 a.m. at 10 a.m. and all SMEs in Argentina can participate. To join, they must register for the program found on the company’s website. With a focus on organizational culture, the two meetings will address diversity in business management: how to integrate it into the DNA of the company, its competitive advantages, inclusion in the value chain, recommendations, trends, resources and good practices, among other contents.

UniPyME is a program created by Unilever during 2020 to support SMEs and contribute to their development. This initiative offers instances of training, advice and access to tools through a comprehensive approach based on 6 axes: organizational culture, business development, financial support, sustainability, logistics and digital tools. So far, 10 trainings for productive improvement have already been carried out, in which more than 1,000 SMEs have participated. In addition, as part of last year’s results, Unilever managed to register 5% more SMEs in its value chain.
