Numaran, Mich. – The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained from a Control Judge a link to proceedings against a male person, for his possible relationship in the crime of Attempted Homicide; events that occurred on February 21 of this year, in Numaran.
This is Valentin S., who according to the data contained in the Investigation Folder, injured Ricardo R with a firearm.
Derived from the proceedings it could be established that on the day of the events, Ricardo R., went accompanied by his brothers to a commercial business located in the colonia Centro of that demarcation, to fix a problem that shortly before had had with the brother of Valentín S.
A fight ensned at the site involving the victim and the accused, as well as their respective brothers; but, when they were separated, Valentín S., returned to the building and took out a firearm which he fired at Ricardo R., in the moments they got into a car.
