Fayad accuses the PRI of giving up candidacy; ‘Alito’ responds that he will prevent Morena’s arrival

The governor of Hidalgo, Omar Fayad, accused the Permanent Commission of the Institutional Revolutionary Party of handing over to the National Action Party “for the dark” the right to decide which candidate will run for the governorship of Hidalgo.
With this, the Va por México alliance, made up of the National Action Party (PAN), institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD), will contest the elections in 2022 and it will be the blue and white party that decides which person will be the candidate for governor by Hidalgo.
Through his social networks, Fayad commented that although he is part of the Commission, he was not summoned to vote on which party will choose the candidate.

“This is another of the many grievances that have been done to militancy in the dark; the one that has kept Hidalgo as one of Mexico’s PRI strongholds,” he added in a tweet.
For the fact, Omar Fayad turned against Alejandro Moreno, leader of the National PRI.

In this regard, Alejandro Moreno, known as “Alito”, replied through a tweet that his annoyances are due to personal interests and that they are related to Morena’s party.

The governor’s annoyance @OmarFayad responds to personal interests and never to those of the Party. Over the last few years he has demonstrated his submission and surrender to power. We will not allow him to hand over the state of Hidalgo to MORENA.

“Alito” insisted that “there is no room to impose candidates destined for defeat, in exchange for impunity for those who are leaving,” referring to the current governor of Hidalgo.
In addition to the state of Hidalgo, the PRI will go in alliance with the PAN and the PRD in the states of Aguascalientes, Durango and Tamaulipas.
During the 2022 elections, citizens will vote for the governors of the states of Aguascalientes, Durango, Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Quintana Roo and Tamaulipas.
