Through social networks and with a public presentation, the interbloc of Together for Change “presented today an action of Amparo before the justice with the aim of declaring null and void the session of the upper house of last December 29,” according to the official Twitter. In it, the presentation of an amparo is clarified, which fell on the Contentious Administrative Court No. 5, where they report that the request is based on “the violation of article 15 of the Operating Regulations of said Chamber, which indicates that, after the schedule of summons to session, there are thirty minutes to begin said session”.
