In the absence of an easily accessible consolidated: follow here the draft of the new Constitution

After the votes in the Plenary of the Constitutional Convention (CC) of the first reports of the Commission on State Form, Justice System and Knowledge System, so far 41 articles have been approved in general and in particular, so they constitute the first norms of the draft of the new Constitution.
Once all the articles have been submitted to the scrutiny of the plenary of the Convention, those rules will be reviewed and possibly modified in the form by the Harmonization Commission, which will have the task of compiling all the articles and resolving any duplications of them.
Although the respective commissions send to the Board of Directors the office with the approved rules, which in turn are uploaded to the CC website, in sections by commission, there is no direct link to these rules that are already part of the draft, which goes against the transparency and accessibility that this process should have.
Asked the press area of the Convention about the absence of a compilation that is easily accessible to the public, they replied that “not a single document will be made because that is the power and work of the future Harmonization Commission.”
To fill this gap, El Mostrador enabled the following link, where you can see in an updated way all the regulations that have been approved in general and in particular by the Constitutional Convention and that are already part of the draft of the new Constitution.
