Meanwhile, Head claims double, 100 million, and alleges to have suffered “unbridled physical violence and abuse” at the hands of him. For the oral and public trial that has been taking place since last week in a court in Fairfax, Virginia, 15 witnesses will pass on behalf of the actor, among which there are two police officers, five janitors, two guards and a housekeeper. While on the part of the actress it is speculated that the actor James Franco will pass, and the billionaire Elon Musk, who will be the main witnesses of Heard. Since Depp himself included them directly in his marital conflicts arguing that his ex-wife had cheated on him with both while they were still married. In addition, Ellen Barkin and even representatives of companies such as Disney, Warner Bros, WME, ACLU and LAPD will collaborate in amber’s defense, offering the evidence and records they consider pertinent. But today, Depp took the stand to testify under oath, saying, “About six years ago, Miss Heard committed some pretty heinous and disturbing criminal acts against me that were not based on any kind of truth,” he began. He added: “It was a complete shock that I did, I just didn’t need to go in that direction as none of that had ever happened.” He then described the beginnings of the relationship with the actress and detailed: “At the beginning of my relationship, from what I remember, she was too good to be true. Attentive, loving, intelligent, funny… We had many things in common such as music, literature… A year and a half was great,” he said.

He added: “When I came home from work, she would sit on the couch and give me a glass of wine. I took my shoes off. He never experienced anything like this in my life. It was like a routine. I once remember coming back from work and she was busy talking on the phone. I sat on the couch and took off my shoes. She came up to me and said, “What did you just do?” Did you take off your shoes? That’s my job, not yours. And he went to get a glass of wine,” he recalled. And he remarked, “Then he became someone else.” He also pointed out about the years of marital relationship: “During the relationship there were arguments and things of that nature, but I never got to the point of hitting Miss Heard in any way nor have I hit any woman in my life,” he said. The truth is the only thing that interests me. Lies won’t get you anywhere, but lies are built on lies. I am obsessed with the truth,” he said under oath.
