Santi Maratea did it once again. With his arrival, charisma and work he summoned his followers to help this time the Football Club Ezeiza.After leading various collections such as buying the medicine from Emmita, he managed to raise the money to buy the headquarters of the Association Mothers Victims of Trafficking and prevent the organization from being evicted from there; he also promoted the collection of donations and the purchase of two vans for the Wichí community; prevented the closure of the Empate Foundation that supports boys and girls with Down Syndrome, and accompanied Argentine athletes on their trip to Ecuador to qualify for the Tokyo Olympic Games; allocated funds so that the NGO Trans Argentinxs can create a foundation for their children; and even the one that sought to alleviate the fires in Corrientes, the influencer was contacted by a player of the club who told him the needs they had.
“They have nothing. They can not play at home because they do not have wire on the ground that the Municipality gave them, and by regulation to be able to put court you have to put wire. So they always play away, they have to pay the bondi, they don’t have a handle,” Maratea told TyC Sports this week.

“Beyond that, they receive 200 kids, many of whom are on the street or can’t be at home, they come here, train and play. There are many clubs that are from the neighborhood that receive all the kids and that have no way to support themselves and many disappear later,” he added. In this way, Maratea led a new campaign that was destined to the club, which thanked his gesture. “Speechless,” they wrote in a statement via their social media.
“We are very grateful for this help that Santi Maratea, the D&D and all the people who are collaborating in this are giving us. Without a doubt, this is a very strong impulse to continue growing as a club, in football and most importantly as people! This is going to be the future of thousands of kids who dream of playing football but real football. Let’s go Santi, Let’s go Ezeiza. All together we continue to grow,” they said.

The president and coach of the club, Santiago Galván, said that with the proceeds, the idea is to make two courts on the ground: one to make home on Sundays and the other, training. “We want to make changing rooms, a buffet and close the entire premises with Olympic fencing. Also make one of the two synthetic courts to be able to rent it and with that solve the expenses of the institution, “he said.
