Kicillof meets with mayors of Together for Change

The governor of the Province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, will meet with mayors of Together for Change to discuss issues on the economy and the transfer of items between the provincial government and the municipalities. According to Télam, Kicillof will receive mayors of the Radical Civic Union, while tomorrow he will meet with the communal leaders of the PRO. The meetings will be after the formal request for an audience and previous meetings with the provincial chief of staff, Martín Insaurralde.

The main points to be discussed will be the funds for works approved in December of last year in the budget, which, according to the communal leaders of the opposition “are affected by the economic situation.” At the same time, some of the mayors who will participate said that “the province will be asked for an update in the items that allow this gap to be avoided.” In turn, the communal chiefs intend to update the amount, according to the evolution of inflation, of the School Food Service and talk about the funds of IOMA, the largest social work in the province of Buenos Aires.
