After the image of a fence announcing the concert of Guns N’ Roses in X’matkuil, municipality of Mérida, Yucatán, went viral for its peculiar advertising usually used in salsa events, sonideros, cumbia or banda, the photograph reached the official account of the rock group. In this way, the American band shared through its social networks the invitation to the Mexican public, to the “Gran Bailazo” in Mérida, so in its publication the image with the name of Guns N’ Roses appears on the fence, along with the date on which the concert will take place.
As expected, the photo caused a furor among users and quickly went viral on social networks, as the show is promoted as if in reality the songs of the rock band were going to be enjoyed dancing cumbia or band. Many users got creative and began to share photos of the band members with hats, others shared songs of the band in band version or cumbia version.
