Oscu and Yubeili released their new single, “Trepado”: “We have a hit in our hands”

Argentina and Mexico merged to welcome “Trepado”, a hit that emerges from the hand of two of their freshest talents: Oscu and Yubeili, two young artists who with good hooks and a first-class production managed to create this song that talks about love, the life of a star, and enjoying life while sharing their success with the girl who supported them as a friend and lover over time.

Exclusively for Filo.news, the singers told their feelings when launching their first collaboration together: “It was super nice, we made a great team. Oscu is a tipazo. We didn’t know each other before we made the song but we connected a lot because we both fell in love with music above all things,” said the Mexican. On his relationship with Oscu, he added: “When I came to Buenos Aires to work with him I fell incredible, he knows that he has one more brother in Mexico and precisely this good vibe is noticeable in the song and in how people are receiving it,” added the author of hits such as “We live as capos” or “Perdón que llamé”.

In that line, Oscu thanked his audience and assured that they are very happy with the reception of “Trepado”: “There is a lot of love and support from the people. The comments are all ‘what a temon’, ‘what a good theme’, so that makes us very happy and motivates us to continue, “said the artist who is positioned as one of the exponents of pop, with reminiscences of reggaeton and urban music and who already has to his credit a feat with Miranda!: “Papeles”. On Tuesday, August 23, Yubeili and Oscu were present at the Carlos Gardel Awards 2022 ceremony, where they shared the night with the new generation of artists and other legends of national music such as Palito Ortega, Alejandro Lener or David Lebón.After the award, the celebration continued in Niceto, the bowling alley of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo where a special edition of the Bresh party was held in which both singers had the opportunity to play “Trepado” live for the first time.

“It is always a nervousness to play a topic that came out recently,” said Oscu and highlighted the trajectory of his partner: “Yubeili, on the other hand, is already super accustomed, has a lot of experience and told me ‘give it bro’. I was very surprised that people were overwhelmed, they felt the classic blow of reggaeton and the lyrics were understood very clearly so there was a very good energy, “he said in dialogue with this medium. ” It’s a great song,” Yubeili reaffirmed, adding: “When I’m going to defend these types of songs on stage, I’m not afraid at all. I feel that we have a hit in our hands that only needs time and that people continue to listen to it,” said the Mexican star. Yubeili has conquered an international audience with his varied work that includes collaborations with artists as diverse as Snow Tha Product, Nyno Vargas, Nanpa Básico, Hozwal, RFVF, among others.

On the presence of Argentine music in the world, he said: “The Argentine urban scene is the largest in the world. I love what’s going on here. I’m a big fan of many artists here, of their sound, of what they do in all genres, I come here and I learn a lot,” Yubeili said and confessed that he dreams of doing a song with Duki or having his Session with Bizarrap. In the same vein, both agreed that they would like to compose a song with L-gante, the greatest exponent of RKT in the country. About his new projects, Yubeili said that more crosses are coming between Mexico and Argentina: “I recorded a video clip with Estani and in September I released a song with Rombai and another with Kodigo. So they’re going to be seeing me a lot around here. I have to start drinking mate. I already grabbed the fernet,” joked the singer who also stands out as an actor in his country.

For his part, Oscu anticipated that more collaborations are coming in the future: “Crosses of cultures, even crosses of languages, but the closest thing is that after a year and a half of doing only featurings – from “Money” that I do not bring out a single song – my next song is going to be solo. I’m focused and working on that to do my best,” said the Argentine. Trepado”, co-written and produced by Jhon Paul “El Increible”, Frank Santofimio, Daniel Rondón “Honey Boo”, Reggi El Autentico and Renzo is a song full of positive vibrations with good reasons to celebrate love, and is accompanied by a video clip directed by Elías Gómez, recorded in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
