José Antonio Kast reappeared to support the Rejection

The former presidential candidate of the Republican Party, José Antonio Kast, reappeared at a republican action meeting -in parallel to the campaign closings-, to ratify his support for the Rejection two days after the exit plebiscite of September 4.
As reported by Channel 13, the former Republican leader delivered a speech to people who were “titled” in the Republican Academy. Supporting the constitutional proposal, Kast noted that “I have read the draft a couple of times and I have a hard time understanding it.”
“We have an incredible opportunity: after extreme violence, we overcame a pandemic and today we have a new opportunity to reconquer our homeland from the idea of freedom,” he said at the event.
Kast recalled the result of the entrance plebiscite, where “ideology defeated us 80-20 a year and a half ago. We were on the floor, then we had elections of conventional, mayors, where we also did badly, but we realized that, within the conventional ones there were brave people who revealed to us what was happening inside. ”
As a result of this, he indicated that “we have a second chance this Sunday,” so he urged “anyone who is not registered as a proxy, I ask you to register now or if you know someone, to invite you.”
“On Sunday, with strength and desire, we are going to win,” he said.
