Mayor of Coahuila disappears after being chased by armed men

The government of Coahuila reported the disappearance of the mayor of Guerrero, Mario Cedillo Infante, and a group of municipal officials, while crossing Tamaulipas, on Friday night.
The Ministry of Government of Coahuila reported that the officials were crossing the city of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, and warned that they were being chased by two vans with armed men, after which communication with them was lost.
He explained that the events were recorded after 11:00 p.m.

The group of officials was returning from Oaxaca, where they participated in a Magical Towns event; they were travelling aboard two vehicles.

The people not located are Mario N, Ana Lilia N, Mario N, Enrique N, Lidia Azucena N, Beatriz Adriana N, Bernardo N, Pedro N, Aidé N.

The Coahuila government reported that the officials are also wanted in Nuevo León and Tamaulipas.
Two days ago, the city council of Guerrero reported that Mayor Mario Cedillo Infante attended the inauguration of the Fourth Tianguis of Magical Towns, in Oaxaca, in the company of the councilor Commissioner in Culture, Beatriz Adriana Trejo Meza, the director of Tourism, Pedro García Macias, and a work delegation.
The goal, says a publication in his networks, was to promote and disseminate the magical town of Guerrero.
