Ticky modernized the classic “Story of a Love”

The keyboardist of the band Cruzando el Charco Ticky presented a modern version of the classic single “Historia de un amor”, bolero written by Panamanian Carlos Eleta Almarán, as part of his solo project. In addition, along with this release, the musician announced a show for November 11 in Guajira, La Plata.Accompanied by a video clip, made by Rancho Producciones and starring Araceli Torrado and Miguel Ángel Grande, the new version of the single has pop airs that combine naturally with the urban genre, taking the classic to a more avant-garde and risky place. This sound was enhanced by the luxury band that the musician put together for this single: Ariel Colla (Aymará, Pimpinela, Pedro Aznar, Alex Ubago, and more) on guitars, Guille Salort (Knowing Russia, Wos, Cardellino and more) on drums, Mauricio López Sein (Lospatasú) on bass and Ticky on vocals.

The song was produced by the artist himself and recorded independently between his home-studio and that of each of the instrumentalists. In turn, the mixing and mastering was in charge of Martin Pomares. In addition to the release of “Historia de un amor”, Ticky prepares the publication of a new EP, which will be released next month. To celebrate this release, the musician announced a special show on Friday, November 11 in Guajira, La Plata. Tickets for the recital are already on sale through the Passline system.
