The SUBE system will begin to operate, from November 29, in the urban transport of the Rio Negro city of General Roca. In this way, the measure will benefit 26,000 users who use this public service. According to Telam, with this implementation, General Roca will join the Transport Modernization Plan promoted by the National Government through the portfolio in charge of Alexis Guerrera.In that sense, the official said: “We are advancing at a good pace in the incorporation of the SUBE in more and more localities. A few days ago Chivilcoy, in the province of Buenos Aires, joined and now General Roca joins in Rio Negro, which incorporates 26,000 new people to a more transparent system. ”
At the same time, he added: “With this same SUBE, the residents of General Roca will be more connected and united in a more federal way, because they will be able to use the same card they use in their city in any means of transport in the country that is incorporated into the system. In addition, those who need it most, will be able to access the Social Transport Tariff, which offers them a 55% discount on the value of the ticket throughout the network. ” For its part, the system will have 18 buses equipped with validators so that users can pay for public transport with SUBE. In addition, there will be 16 automatic terminals installed, where you can check the balance and credit the load made by digital means.
