A very valuable woman from the Advisory Council of the @CNDH Gloria Ramírez Hernández is leaving is a consistent feminist. She doesn’t adjust her convictions based on whether she’s far or close to power. See what he says in his letter to the @senadomexicano pic.twitter.com/G2xm73BRFr

“In the time I have been a counselor, it has not only been difficult to enrich the work of the CNDH, but to maintain a constructive dialogue in the midst of so many disagreements and sometimes opposing positions.”
The human rights specialist denounced that despite wanting to contribute to the recommendations of the CNDH, her proposals were not taken into account.
Ramírez Hernández was one of the seven counselors who rejected the pronouncement that the autonomous body issued in recent days and in which he called to “transform” the National Electoral Institute (INE).

In a public message, the dissatisfied councilors accused the president of the CNDH, Rosario Piedra Ibarra, of making political interpretations of the general recommendations that they have approved, so they demanded that it not engage in such practice.
