CNDH sends candidates to evaluate candidates to the INE; a militant in Morena

The National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) sent to the Chamber of Deputies the names of the two candidates to integrate the Technical Evaluation Committee that will evaluate the aspiring counselors of the National Electoral Institute (INE). One person is a militant of Morena and the other, a close academic.
The agency proposed as proposals Ernesto Inzunza and María del Socorro Luévano; however, the PAN denounced that both people are close to Morena.
The document, signed by the head of the CNDH, Rosario Piedra, warns that both candidates “not only comply with the requirements of the law but also with others, which we imposed on this National Commission to guarantee impartiality, objectivity and independence, indispensable for the performance of their functions.”

The document was sent on December 13 and is addressed to the president of the Political Coordination Board of San Lázaro, Ignacio Mier Velasco.
Nomination of candidates questioned
After the information was released, the Advisory Council of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) denounced that they were not consulted for the appointment of the people who were proposed as members of the Technical Evaluation Committee.
They said, in a statement, that the appointments “were made in total opacity” and that the proposed individuals do not meet the profile and “partisan political impartiality.”

Therefore, they requested that the CNDH replace these designations with the “suitable persons.”

Once again, @RosarioPiedraIb and Estrada Correa violate the Advisory Council of the @CNDH.

PAN calls for impeachment of CNDH chief
The PAN denounced that the candidates proposed by the CNDH are characters linked to Morena.
Senator Kenia López Rabadán announced that she will present impeachment against Rosario Piedra, head of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), for the appointment of Ernesto Inzunza and María del Socorro Luévano, as members of the Technical Evaluation Committee.
“I will request impeachment against Mrs. Rosario Piedra so that she is removed from her position and disqualified from occupying another position or employment in the public service, if she appoints two unconditional people of López Obrador to decide who will be the next counselors of the INE, because this is an attack against democracy in Mexico,” said Monday.

Attention!
The CNDH proposes for the Technical Committee that it will elect the Directors of the INE to 2 AMLO stalwarts.
Mrs. @RosarioPiedraIb deserves Impeachment for being irresponsible.
