The Government of Mexico City (CDMX) reported that it will grant discounts on water, tenure and property payments during the first three months of the year, in support of the family economy.
In January a discount of 8% will be granted on the annual payment of property tax, while if the payment is made in February, the discount will be 5%.
For vulnerable groups (retirees, widows, single mothers and older adults from 59 years old), there will be a fixed fee of 58 pesos bimonthly to those who have properties that do not exceed the cadastral value of 2 million 432 thousand pesos.
For property that exceeds this amount, a 30% discount will be granted.

In addition, the capital authorities reported that a 50% discount will be granted to the bimonthly collection of water for vulnerable groups.
In the case of tenure, from January 1 to March 31, the 100% subsidy will be maintained, so motorists will pay only what corresponds to the endorsement, which is 658 pesos.
This applies to vehicles with a value of less than 250 thousand pesos, VAT included and once the depreciation factor has been applied. You should not have holding debts from previous years.

How to make the payment?
To make all these tax payments are the following options:

-Through the payment assistants of the Treasury, which are all financial institutions, banks, self-service stores, department stores and offices of the Treasury.
