Tenants of the Independence Market urge support and spaces to sell

Morelia, Michoacán.- Tenants affected by the fire in the Independence Market, said they have a census of 160 affected premises, half of them seniors and more than 700 jobs lost, in addition to an estimate of 100 million pesos lost in infrastructure and merchandise.
At a press conference, they urged spaces to offer merchandise and economic support, which they accepted there is a project that is discussed with the municipal government, of which they indicated there is support.
With tears in their eyes, some of them expressed a serious affectation by staying at zeros and without merchandise, so they said they trust the support offered by the authorities.
Francisco Ortiz Lara, of the Union of the Independence Market, reported that the rescue of some products, especially perishable products, began to avoid further damage, since there are 560 unemployed premises.

They added that at the moment they have only had contact with the municipal government, but they trust the word and help of the state government, also hoping that they will give them soft loans, since they have only had verbal support.
In this the leaders Francisco Ortiz, Guillermo Campos and Laura Villa agreed, who detailed serious affectations and hope to land the support offered soon, since many live from day to day.
They accepted that they could occupy vacant positions, but with support to achieve their sales.
