Grabois took aim at Massa: “Garcas always existed”

Surrounded by uncertainty about the official formula of the Frente de Todos (FdT) for the October elections, Juan Grabois reaffirmed his presidential candidacy and harshly criticized Sergio Massa, current Minister of Economy of the Nation, for having “a totally extortive attitude against the country.” Why should I leave our candidacy?” he asked first. In that line he commented that “I continue, here we are. For now the candidates are Scioli, Rossi and me. Wado didn’t run as a candidate yet, because when you run you say ‘I’m a candidate.'” Through a radio interview, the leader of the UTEP defined the camporista referent as “a noble guy, with solid principles, a lot of capacity for labor, very intelligent and fundamentally he will not betray his roots and his history with Nestor and Cristina.” “It was demonstrated that Argentina has a hyper-presidential regime. I’m not worried about who goes second, but who goes first. I wouldn’t bank on a formula between Massa and Wado, in that order,” he added later. He also revealed that “someone told me ‘if you are President and Massa vice, be very careful, look back when you leave your house.'” He took advantage of his position of power and is now in a totally extortive attitude against the country and says ‘if they don’t put my wife as lieutenant governor, I will resign; if they don’t give me what I want on the list, that’s where I’m going,'” he explained, and maintained that “it is the way in which short-term politics is handled and little concerned about the future of the Homeland.” In that sense, he pointed out that “garcas always existed in all political fields, but the problem is when they are the bosses.” Regarding the formula he expects for October, Grabois said that “there has to be a candidate and a program that represents Cristina’s ideology and also add the agenda of roof, land and work and a generational renewal.”
