Morelia, Michoacán.- The Ministry of Education of the State (SEE) works in the fight against corruption and in favor of transparency; Part of this strategy is the universality of the card that thanks to the effort and collaboration of the teachers is already a fact, currently 99 percent of the state teachers charge electronically, they reported in a statement.
The administration of Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla reinforces the tasks to face the bad practices that for years afflicted the education sector; With this change in the form of payment, practices such as payment to deceased people end, as well as the delivery of salaries to education workers is expedited.
The Secretary of Education, Gabriela Molina Aguilar, explained that this is one of the actions with which the rectory of education is resumed, in addition to improving the administration of resources and allocating them to meet the needs of schools.

The remaining 1 percent in the carding, is of the movements, high and low of the personnel that obey to various causes, so we can speak of a universality in this modality of payroll of the education sector, with more than 70 thousand workers who already charge electronically.
The carding has a positive impact on teachers, who now have immediate access to their money, without the need to queue at banks to cash their check; they can also make payments or transactions from their cell phone; as well as having automatic savings systems in banking institutions.
