June 30 deadline to regularize chocolate cars: Finance

Morelia, Michoacán.- June 30 is the deadline to legalize cars of foreign origin, which will give legal certainty to their owners and offer greater social security by having the authorities with a reliable register and the identity of each vehicle.
The Secretary of Finance and Administration (SFA) of the Government of Michoacán, Luis Navarro García, announced the above after reporting that, to date, more than 112 thousand people have carried out the process of legalization of vehicles of foreign origin in the entity.
He pointed out that, according to the federal decree, the money paid by the beneficiaries of the program will be returned to the different regions where the vehicle regularizations were carried out, resources that will be allocated to development through actions of collective impact.
For his part, the Undersecretary of Revenue, Salvador Juárez Álvarez, reported that, to carry out the aforementioned regularization, which is a program managed by the federation through the Public Vehicle Registry (REPUVE), it is essential that interested parties generate an appointment on the https://www.regulizaauto.sspc.gob.mx platform.
Once the appointment is obtained, it is necessary to meet the following requirements: original property title, manifest protest to tell the truth, SAT use payment for 2 thousand 500 pesos, official identification (INE, valid passport, professional license, military card), proof of address not older than two months (water, electricity or property), CURP and photograph of the Vehicle Identification Number (NIV), the state official detailed.
Finally, Juárez Álvarez provided the location of the 13 modules in which citizens can regularize their vehicles of foreign origin: fairgrounds and Institute of Physical Infrastructure of the State, in the case of Morelia; as well as in the municipalities of Apatzingán, Coahuayana, Huetamo, Jacona, La Piedad, Lázaro Cárdenas, Maravatío, Sahuayo, Uruapan, Zacapu and Zitácuaro.
