Dante Spinetta presents for the first time his album “Mesa Dulce” at the Teatro Ópera

After hanging the “Sold Out” poster and coming from a Latin American tour that included Mexico and different provinces of Argentina, Dante Spinetta will perform this Friday at the Teatro Ópera to give life to “Mesa dulce”, the most recent album of the artist and one of the most awarded albums in the industry during 2023. recently Dante received all the praise after receiving 4 Gardel Awards in the following nominations: Producer of the Year, Best Rock Song, Recording Engineering, Best Urban Music Collaboration.
Since childhood Dante wanted to be a musician. This is demonstrated in “Por ahí voy a ser músico”, the mini documentary that shows everything lived from his first steps by Illya Kuryaki & The Valderramas until today, through the creation of, as he says, his best album. “This is going to be my fifth solo album and I think it’s the one that represents me the most,” Dante said at the time about “Mesa Dulce”.
“On this record he’s singing with Bootsy Collins, he’s singing with Stevie Wonder. Having had my father making incredible songs next to me, there is all that teaching of life, “he explains in the mini documentary, where we enter the legendary studio La Diosa Salvaje where his father and he created songs that today are part of the history of Argentine music. Today he brings his history and his funk to the Teatro Ópera on Friday, June 30 where he presents his sweet table, along with his band and his unique sound. Tickets can be obtained here.
