Man found executed and handcuffed in Morelia-Mil Cumbres

Charo, Michoacán.- An executed and partially naked man, who was also handcuffed, was found lying on the asphalt folder of the Morelia Mil Cumbres highway, police authorities reported.
It transpired that, on Friday morning, some motorists saw the aforementioned inert in the vicinity of the town of Irapeo, municipality of Charo, then reported it to the emergency number 911.
Subsequently, some patrolmen went to the site and confirmed the situation, so they cordoned off the area and requested the intervention of the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).

It was learned that the executed man is not identified, he was between 50 and 55 years old, had brown skin, medium build, trimmed beard and mustache, and wore only underwear.
The specialists of the Unit of Expert Services and Crime Scene (USPEC) were in charge of the respective investigations and transferred the body to the morgue for the practice of the necropsy of rigor.

A man executed by bullets, was located this Friday morning outside the elementary school of the El Milagro neighborhood, west of the city of Uruapan. Some people who walked on Resurrection Street, were those who observed the body lying down, approached and discovered that it had bullet impacts in the head, so alarmed they notified the emergency service.
