A historic waterspout hit Zaragoza, Spain suffered major incidents in the last hours. A waterspout, which came after the alert for strong storms and hail, surprised neighbors by dragging vehicles, houses and trees.

Firefighters rescued at least a dozen people but there were no personal injuries. This was indicated this morning by the mayor of Zaragoza, Natalia Chueca, who ruled out early in the morning that they had died due to the strong waterspout, although a woman remains hospitalized with a serious prognosis in the ICU of the Miguel Servet hospital in Zaragoza.

Since last night, more than two 200 troops have been working in different parts of the Aragonese capital, where material damage can be “millionaires”, according to municipal sources, who remember that Aragon continues this Friday in orange warning for heavy rains and storms until midnight.
