Social organizations march to the Ministry of Labor to demand a wage increase

With the aim of asking for “an immediate and reasonable increase in the minimum, vital and mobile wage,” the social organizations nucleated in the Darío Santillán Popular Front and the Front of Organizations in Struggle (FOL) will march today to the headquarters of the Ministries of Labor and Economía.La mobilization will take place hours before the meeting that government officials will maintain. representatives of the trade unions and employers to agree on a new floor of the credit. In that sense, through a statement Dina Sánchez, a reference of this social organization, said: “We want to ask the representatives of the different unions present to be up to the situation.” For their part, starting at 11 a.m., members of the FOL will concentrate on Avenida de Mayo and 9 de Julio to march to the headquarters of the Ministry of Economy with the aim of being received by its owner, Sergio Massa, and then they will demonstrate in front of Labor “to demand that the minimum, vital and mobile wage beat inflation.” Under this framework, they explained: “We want an increase that leads us to recover what wages lost in recent years. We also demand the distribution of working hours: work 6 hours, to work all, without lowering wages.”
