Tolosa Paz: “There is a very great anger and Milei channels it in an extraordinary way”

After the result of the PASO, the Minister of Social Development, Victoria Tolosa Paz, said that in society “there is a very great anger” and acknowledged that the presidential candidate of La Libertad Avanza, Javier Milei, “channels that in an extraordinary way.” However, she was confident that Union for the Fatherland will be able to access the runoff. According to NA, the national official said: “There is a very great anger and Milei is the one who channels that in an extraordinary way. We are not insensitive, we are not people who do not understand what it means today to have an average income of 180 thousand pesos. There are things to solve.” However, he stressed that the ruling party will manage to get “into the runoff with Milei.” In that sense, she remarked: “I am convinced that the election is polarized and that our political force will go to a runoff dispute with Javier Milei.” In this way, he stressed the importance of being able to achieve the call proposed by the candidate of Union for the Fatherland, Sergio Massa, to form a future government of “national unity.” Finally, Tolosa Paz said: “We have to build a great agreement of majorities and the State with the traditional parties to fight against the enemy that in Argentina is the extreme right and fascist represented by Javier Milei.”
