Mayor of Puruándiro kicked off the opening of the 2023-2024 season of the Municipal Football League

Puruándiro, Michoacán.- The practice of sports is the best way to prevent antisocial behavior, so the City of Puruándiro always honors its commitment to support all disciplines, said Municipal President Víctor Manuel Vázquez Tapia, as he led the opening kick of the 2023-2024 season of the Municipal Soccer League.
The mayor was accompanied by the board of directors of the Municipal League headed by its president Roberto Ruiz Raya, the secretary of the Municipal League Mario Alberto Sánchez Ochoa, the treasurer Guillermo Zaragoza, as well as the leaders of the women’s, youth, veterans, master’s and college of referees, the councilor Héctor Castro, as well as personalities of our soccer, among them Professor Raymundo Vázquez, Héctor Pérez Bermúdez, Hugo Díaz and Gabino Orozco.
On his occasion, the president of the league Roberto Ruiz Raya said that adults have the commitment to take care of the future of our society, with the training of children and young people in the practice of soccer and thanked all the members of the league, for their passion and dedication in the practice of the sport. He made special mention of Mayor Víctor Tapia, who “has always supported us in the consolidation of this sports organization.”
For his part, Professor Héctor Pérez Bermúdez, on behalf of the Board of Directors and all the members of the Municipal Soccer League, gave a special recognition to the municipal president, for his unconditional support to the practice of sports in general, but in a very special way to the soccer players of the municipality.
