Erica Rivas and Martín Rechimuzzi are your hosts on this trip.
“What’s happening here today?” is a protocolized face-to-face theatrical happening, which boldly invokes nineties paracultural spirits, and wears their wigs to disguise and dismantle this present. The confinement of bodies, the trap of words and the flight of time follow one another in three delirious sketches, without answer or solution.
Everything can go wrong, so hurry up and come to the theater. Saturday, November 11 – Palta and the mood
Palta and the Mood presents new music, previewing the first single from their new album “Love Business”, and announces a year-end show in the courtyard of the Konex.
“En una” proposes and questions the pressure to fit into the molds imposed by society and invites us to reflect on the importance of being true to ourselves, even when it means acknowledging that one hits a metaphorical wall. The melody, accompanied by a musical combination that generates movement in the body and deep lyrics, captures the tension between what is expected of us externally and our internal desire for authenticity. Tuesday, November 14 and Wednesday, November 15 – Intimacy of the Ordinary
Directed by: Silvio Lang
We propose, from performative artistic practices, to open a public massage, a collective pampering. To bring together the somatic and sonorous forms and practices that can remake bodies contracted and stressed by the catastrophe of non-collectivized anguish. We want to become seismographs – or perceptual devices – of emotion. Or rather, osteopaths of restricted movement. But they are also affective thermometers of indeterminate movement, in reserve deep in bones, environments and things. In order to experience a “happy interweaving” of the flows that cross us, from which societies can be transformed. (Konex Cultural City) Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15/11 – Los Miedos (show on the 15th sold out)
A theatrical show that is always different.
In this play, our director is on stage with a group of artists made up of musicians, actresses, actors and lighting designers, steering the uncertain, creating situations that we don’t know where it will lead.
In each performance, scenes are born and die permanently, always different, which we propose to share together with the audience, approaching them with the only certainty of reaching vital stages on stage. Thursday, November 23 – Nite Lite Club
Nite-Lite is an animation, digital art and new technology club that brings the nerdy out to party. Come and toast in your unmissable DELUXE edition to close the year at KONEX with an XXL art fair, screenings of animated shorts, live music, interactive installations and ++! Thursday, November 30 – Hola Vino
Hello wine – How to taste is an experience suitable for anyone who wants to get closer to the world of wine, guided by the Sommelier Agustina de Alba.
On this occasion, Agustina will share practical advice on everything you need to know when tasting a wine: how to train your sense of smell, key tools and step by step of tasting, in a fresh and entertaining talk with the aim of bringing wine closer to the consumer by freeing them from all prejudices. Friday, December 1 – Ainda
Ainda returns to Argentina and announces its “AINDA 10 years” tour with which it will be closing this 2023 in the courtyard of the Konex, where they are already a classic.
In the next shows, they will go through their career performing the best songs of their repertoire, from his origins to his most recent release: “Te Quiero”, which includes collaborations with Bandalos Chinos, Conociendo Rusia, Perotá Chingó, El Zar and Feli Colina. (Konex Cultural City) Thursday, December 7 – Kevin Johansen + Liniers + The Nada
The wait is over: Kevin Johansen, his band The Nada and Liniers are back with a tour that is taking them to several continents and cities, who are waiting for them happily to witness that unique show, full of songs, drawings and a lot of humor, a show recognized by the public and by the critics, an original mix with a lot of art, that brings together Kevin Johansen and his historic band The Nada, together with the renowned cartoonist Liniers. Art, music, dance and clever humour come together again on stage for a new world tour and with the promise of an unforgettable evening. Friday, December 15 – Dancing Mood
With a sound that is solidifying more and more as the years go by, Dancing Mood continues to bet on its instrumental style that differentiated it from almost all the other proposals within national rock. With a rhythm that never goes out of style.
With a more solid formation they achieve a more rustic sound but with more quality and clarity. Wednesday, December 20 – Santiago Motorized
SANTIAGO MOTORIZADO & AMIGOS Y AMIGAS, closes the year with all their hits.
After a successful tour presenting his most recent album -winner of a Gardel Award 2022- “Songs about a house, four friends and a dog”, an album that covers a multiple variety of genres and was born as the soundtrack of the mythical Argentine series Okupas, Santiago Motorizado announces his farewell to the year, a great night under the stars of Konex.Thursday, December 21 – Los Tabaleros
The Tabaleros are ready to repeat their most sacred ritual this December 21 at the Konex, where they will say goodbye to the year with the most psychedelic folklore. In a totally innovative sound experimentation, Los Tabaleros fuses folklore with different genres in a magical and dazzling combination that invites you to meet and dance. A cuddly hymn to love with that mischievousness and joy so typical of Roberto Luis Martínez’s group, “Beto” (Guitar and Vocals), José María Martínez, (Guitar and Vocals), Daniel Giannico (Guitar and Vocals), Félix Mateos (Bass Drum and Vocals) and Joaquín Lagos (Bass and Vocals).
