Barbecue, fernet and music: Los Caligaris closed the Cosquín Rock with pure dancing

The Cosquín Rock, one of the most outstanding musical events on the Argentine calendar, came to an end in a day that will be marked by the union, music and festive spirit that characterizes the Cordoba scene. At the closing of the event, Los Caligaris, a band from the province, offered an unforgettable moment by inviting several artists to share the stage for a joint performance of one of their most beloved anthems: “Asado y Fernet”. Camilu, Yami Safdie, Ale from El Bordo, Francisco from Cruzando el Charco, Piti and Bochi from Las Pastillas del Abuelo, along with Santi Muk, joined the celebration on stage, creating a moment that will be etched in the memory of all those present. The theme, which perfectly represents the festive and carefree spirit of Cordoba’s culture, took on new life with the energy and passion of each of the guest artists. From early on, the festival atmosphere was felt with the participation of bands such as Las Pelotas and Las Pastillas del Abuelo, but it was at nightfall when the excitement reached its peak. Slash, joined by Myles Kenneedy and The Conspirators, unleashed a rock and roll storm that kept the crowd on their toes. Although he surprised by not including Guns ‘N’ Roses classics in his setlist, the legendary guitarist proved once again why he is a living legend of the genre.
