FGE arrests alleged perpetrator in the homicide of two men, in Zitácuaro – MonitorExpresso.com

Zitácuaro, Michoacán. – Arturo “N” was arrested by elements of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE), allegedly responsible for the crime of aggravated homicide, perpetrated against two men in the municipality of Zitácuaro. According to the investigations, on December 5, the victims arrived at a home located in the Santa Fe neighborhood of the aforementioned municipality, in the company of Arturo “N”, where one more person was, who moments later, deprived them of their lives by strangling, and immediately buried their bodies in that building. The Zitácuaro Regional Prosecutor’s Office became aware of the fact, which, after initiating investigations, carried out a search of the building, where the bodies of the victims were located. Likewise, evidence was collected that allowed establishing the identity and possible participation of Arturo “N” in the crime, which is why an arrest warrant was requested against him, which was granted. In compliance with the court order, FGE personnel, with the support of the Ministry of Public Security (SSP), managed to arrest the suspect, who was transferred to the local penitentiary center pending the resolution of his legal situation.
