The case for the death of Natacha Jaitt was shelved

Five years after the death of Natacha Jaitt, the Justice of San Isidro decided to archive the case that investigates the death of the model, who died in the Xanadu party hall, in Villa La Ñata at the age of 41. The decision to shelve the case, which throughout the process was analyzed by 5 prosecutors and several judges, was finally signed this Thursday afternoon by Martín Otero and Lida Osores Soler, the last prosecutors who took over the file at the end of last year. With this outcome, the Justice concludes that there was no crime surrounding the death of the media personality. According to the file to which Infobae had access, the conclusion states: “It should be mentioned that in the context of this case, various technological communication devices have been examined, including the cell phone and iPad electronic device belonging to the victim in the present case, without the result of which has provided elements that feed a criminal hypothesis regarding the death of Mrs. Jaitt”the 11-page document states. And it continues: “The same conclusion can be reached in relation to the result of the remaining evidentiary measures and investigative measures deployed during the course of the investigation.”
