Contepec, Michoacán.- Abelardo de Jesus, alias “El Greñas,” and Cristian Eduardo, nicknamed “El Maicol,” alleged members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), were arrested during an operation carried out by elements of the Mexican Exercise, Civil Guard and National Guard, this in the Contepec region, police authorities reported, who added that rifles, bullets, Chargers and tactical gear. Immediately, the agents and military pursued the aforementioned unit and after catching up with it, they searched the occupants Abelardo “El Greñas” and Cristian “El Maicol”, both originally from the state of Jalisco, to whom they secured two high-caliber rifles, a .9-millimeter caliber pistol, 450 useful cartridges, 17 magazines for long weapons and four for short weapons. as well as two ballistic vests with the legend CJNG.
