There is a debate against former Minister Zaldivar, and unlike other cases, they let in an anonymous complaint and gave it speed, prompt and expeditious justice, and now it is known that it is a kind of revenge against former Minister Zaldivar. He has our full support, our backing, our trust.” During his “morning” press conference on April 15, the federal president said that it is “a kind of revenge” against the retired minister, he also criticized that the CJF let in an anonymous complaint, which was expedited. Let us remember that an anonymous complaint was filed on April 9, the president of the SCJN, Norma Lucía Piña, ordered the corresponding investigation in the General Unit for the Investigation of Administrative Responsibilities of the CJF, to which she gave all the powers to collect the evidence that is necessary to demarcate responsibilities of an administrative nature.
