Morelia, Michoacán.- Mayoral candidate Alfonso Martínez Alcázar, said during the meeting he held with truckers, that during his time in the administration he built “more and better works in Morelia, marking a before and after in the urban development of the city.” In his message, Alfonso thanked the invitation of the workers of the steering wheel led by Arturo Santillán Ferreyra, to dialogue and expose the work done in this period of government, in which important works were carried out in practically the entire municipality. The candidate of the PAN and the PRD recalled that in the first years of the government, the sides of the exit to Quiroga were repaired, solving a problem that for a long time the carriers suffered because that area was impassable due to potholes and puddles. Alfonso commented that in total there are 279 streets and avenues that were intervened for the benefit of carriers who now have safer roads; At the same time, he stressed that in the rural area they also worked intensively, through the Rural Roads program.He contrasted that unlike the past administration that exercised 1,045 million pesos, in the current government almost twice as many resources were applied, that is, 2,500 million that translate into more works for the people of Morelia. In this regard, the transporter, Antonio Muñoz García, acknowledged on behalf of the inhabitants of the town of Parían, that Alfonso’s administration makes projects well done and that benefit the citizens.
