Since the age of 12 Cristiano Ronaldo was already a Sporting player so he had to suffer in Lisbon, he and his teammates never had enough money to be able to eat decently, so they were able to ask the employees of a McDonald’ s to be given the leftover burgers from the fast food establishment.
“I lived with other players my age from other parts of Portugal. It was hard without my family with me. I remember there was a McDonald’s nearby where we ordered the leftover burgers and a lady named Edna and two other girls always gave us some,” he revealed.
The Juventus sportsman is not intended to get rid of that memory and hopes the public will help him find these people to invite them to dinner.

After the news broke some Portuguese media outlets unveiled the location of one of the employees, Paula Leca who says she still remembers those moments that the athlete shared.
“They appeared in front of the kiosk, as if I didn’t want the thing. When there were too many burgers, our manager gave us permission to give them to them. One of them was Cristiano Ronaldo, who turned out to be the shyest,” he said.
