Sinaloa has four SRE delegations or offices distributed in its main municipalities, which are Culiacán, Mazatlan, Los Mochis and Guasave. Below, we provide you with the addresses, times and phones of each of them so that you go to the nearest one.

SRE delegations in Sinaloa

Central Office in Culiacán: it is located on the ground floor of the Torre Tres Afluencias, located on the boulevard Alfonso Zaragoza Mytorena, number 1780 west, in the Tres Ríos Urban Development. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 hours and Saturday from 9:00 to 16:00. Phone: (667) 726 00 461.
Liaison Office in Mazatlan: located on Campana Street (without number) in the Centro colony, corner with Angel Flores. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 hours. Phone: (669) 985 25 35.
Liaison Office in Ahome (Los Mochis): located in the Municipal Palace of Ahome, on Degollado Street (without number), Colonia Centro. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 hrs. Tel. (668) 816 40 33.
Liaison Office in Guasave: located on Adolfo López Mateos Avenue (without number), in the Del Bosque colony. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 hours. Phone: (687) 871 87 08.

Before processing your passport
Remember that before going to the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to carry out the processing of your passport it is necessary to schedule an appointment with this unit, something that you can do online or by phone. To request your appointment online, you’ll need to follow the steps below:
Log in to the SRE website enabled for this purpose (https://citas.sre.gob.mx/citas.webportal/pages/public/login/login.jsf)
Once on the page, create an account with your personal data and create a pre-registration. 
Choose the type of passport and validity you need.
Upload the documents they ask for.
Select the SRE office you’ll be going to at the available times and dates.
Download and print your payment sheet and go to the bank to pay for it.

Keep your CURP handy.
Call 800-80-10-773.
Select the type of procedure (mark 1 to schedule an appointment and 2 to listen to the requirements).
Provide your personal data to the operator.
Mention the SRE office you chose to attend, they will tell you the available times and dates.
You will receive an email with your confirmation and payment form, print them out and go to the bank to pay. 

Either way, don’t forget that you should try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time indicated to your appointment, this to avoid setbacks and speed up the process.
