Uruapan, Mich. – The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained the detention of a male person, for his possible responsibility for the crime of Aggravated Rape, committed against his underage neighbor.
Investigative agents, they complyed with the injunction instructed by a Control Judge against Otoniel “N”, who according to the data in the Investigative Folder, sexually attacked his 13-year-old neighbor.
On 27 December, in a town in the municipality of Ziracuaretiro, the accused led the aggrieved woman with deception, to an abandoned house to sexually assault her and then threaten to harm her if she recounted what had happened.
This was the knowledge of the mother, who immediately filed the complaint with the Uruapan Regional Prosecutor’s Office, which began the investigations, which allowed to establish the possible relationship of the now investigated in this crime.

After applying for the respective arrest warrant, Otoniel “N”., he was arrested and admitted to the local prison and presented to the Judge of Control for resolution of his legal status.
