Mexico.-instead of the leadership of the PAN, the PRD’s welcomed the resolution adopted by the Court to allow the consumption of marijuana for recreational purposes. The national leader of the party of the Aztec sun, Angel Avila, said that with that determination Mexico “opens the door globally to a stage where finally it respects the right of adults to use marijuana for recreational purposes.” Avila said that his party would submit an initiative of law that regulate the production, distribution, marketing and consumption of marijuana.
