Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- In the context of World Breastfeeding Week Ahome 2019, the President of the DIF Ahome Comprehensive Family Development System, Mayeli Rangel Vazquez, shared a lively talk with nursing mothers, to which she told experience with his son Benji, who has given him the joy of knowing the importance of this practice for healthy growth and development. In her talk, Mayeli Rangel Vazquez said, “This time I want to share as a mom, not as a wife, not as dIF president, but as a mom like all of you. I went to Yoga classes and in all of it I heard that breastfeeding is wonderful; I was very clear that I wanted to lacmy my son, at least two years.”
She added that within three days of being born, Benji, her son, begins to feel some complications that put her in a difficult situation, because treatment did not allow her to lac her baby. In addition, she thanked and recognized the idea of the coordinator of the PANNASIR Ahome Risk Care Programme coordinator, Ibis Bernal Camberos, who invited nursing mothers from various communities in the municipality, who are provided transportation by the DIF System.
