Chavinda, Michoacán.- The driver of a van lost his life when he was gunned down on the Federal Road Jacona-Jiquilpan, right at the entrance to this municipality of Chavinda, according to the information gathered by this news agency.
In that wording, it was known that the event was on Thursday afternoon at kilometer 170 of the road mentioned above. The deceased was driving a 2006 gray Dodge Durango pickup with American California 7H0V844 traffic plates.
In addition, voices close to the matter mentioned that the deceased was later identified by his loved ones as Ramón C., 55, who had his house in the town of Jaripo, belonging to the municipality of Villamar. Motorists were the ones who became aware of the murder and immediately asked for help with the emergency number 911.
The elements of the Michoacan Police arrived in the area and placed yellow tape to preserve the possible clues. Later, experts and ministerial agents of the Crime Scene Specialized Unit, collected clues, among these are three percussive shell casings for .9-millimeter pistol.
