Faced with this, Robles’ lawyers, members of the firms “Bufete Hernández Barros Abogados” and “Oléa & Oléa Abogados” expressed in a statement: “We have decided to finalize the professional relationship that unites us with the aforementioned, resignation, which will be effective until Mrs. María del Rosario Robles Berlanga appoints new individual defenders; in accordance with the National Code of Criminal Procedures and the Amparo Act”.
From this Friday until Robles appoints his new defenders it will be the lawyer Julio Antonio Hernández Barros who “takes care of the continuity of the defense and all the procedural acts that are pending”.
