Morelia, Michoacán.- The Municipality of Morelia informed through a statement that intends to maintain its actions to transform the municipality and in that sense different municipal areas are reinforced. In this tenor, the Secretary of the City Council, Humberto Arróniz Reyes, held the institutional respite in the Directorate of the Poliforum Center for Social Innovation.
She was appointed as the new director of Poliforum, Ma. Elena Silva Montes, who before the head of the internal policy of the municipality committed to continue the work carried out by this paramunicipal, always in favor of the morelianos.
For its part, the previous holder, Omega Vázquez Reyes thanked the opportunity to be at the head of this municipal area and to the service of the citizens, in addition to expressing his welcome for the work he did together with his team.
The Secretary of the City Council, Humberto Arróniz, pointed out that the work in the Town Hall of Morelia and for its population in this municipal administration will always be for the benefit of the inhabitants and will promote the transformation of the municipality.
Silva Montes is a master’s degree in Science in Local Development from the Faculty of Basque Economics of Quiroga of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo and has an inescapable commitment to social projects.
