Morelia, Michoacán.- Through a statement it is reported that on the night of this Tuesday, the arrival of merchants who will participate in the Guadalupanas festivals will begin, thus formally starting the festivities of this traditional event that gathers hundreds of bruised families.
Ramón Baltierra Sánchez, secretary of Municipal Public Services, emphasized that on instructions from the mayor, Raúl Morón Orozco, a program was previously designed so that both traders and moraines enjoy these festivities with order and security.
In this sense, it is contemplated the arrival in this first stage of 274 food traders, fresh water toys, clothing and mechanical games, from 20:00 hours on Tuesday.
The places allowed for placement are the Causeway of Fray Antonio de San Miguel and the Plaza Jardín Morelos; these sites were defined previously and taking into account the spaces that in past years occupied for this celebration.
Ramón Baltierra recalled that during the festivities there will be the presence of a module with Civil Protection personnel and all municipal units, to attend to any situation that arises.
“The Guadalupana Festivals have already started in Morelia, so we invite all citizens to enjoy as a family this event that is a tradition in the capital,” he concluded.
