translated from Spanish: Morena Commission calls for Lilly Téllez to be left off the bench

Morena’s National Honesty and Justice Commission called for Lilly Téllez to be separated from Morena’s Senate bench.
In a statement, the Commission acknowledged that Téllez “is not a protagonist of true change”, as it does not militate in the party and “does not share, respect, or represent” the provisions of Morena’s basic documents.
Citing articles of the party’s statutes, the Commission asked Ricardo Monreal, Morena’s Senate coordinator, to perform within 3 working days “the necessary steps” to separate Téllez from the bench.
Among other topics, Téllez has caused controversy for demonstrating as a senator against the decriminalization of abortion.
The lawmaker also accused Evo Morales of leading an electoral fraud in Bolivia “to satisfy his ambition for power,” this, while most of his party advocated morales being granted asylum in Mexico.
