On the night of this Friday the Seismic Alert was heard at various points in Mexico City as a result of tests carried out for its operation.
On its Twitter account, the Mexico City Command, Control, Computing, Communications and Citizen Contact Center (C5) reported that the alert was triggered on 900 posts as a result of these tests and lamented the inconveniences generated by this action.
This after several social media users reported the alert. Some of the colonies in which it was activated were Escandón, Roma Norte y Sur and Del Valle.

Meanwhile, the head of government, Claudia Sheinbaum offered apologies to the population for the activation of the alert.
