The Secretary of Municipal Mobility, Antonio Godoy, in the company of the director of Sustainable Mobility, Juan Manuel Berdejo Maldonado, the Head of Active Mobility, Nadia Figueroa González and the head of Road Education, Marte Javier Ayala Díaz de León, presented this network Morelia cyclist, in which 3.5 million pesos will be invested to place the cycling safety infrastructure and generate the awareness campaign.

In addition, The Head of Active Mobility, Nadia Figueroa, reiterated that the cycling infrastructure will bring mobility improvements for the pedestrian and bicycle user to optimize the options of the citizenry to move by remembering that the right lane will be priority use for cyclists in most roads.
In this same presentation of the Network, the activation “Rebase Seguro” was made, which led to the purpose of reminding motorists that the separation to overtake a bike user must be 1.5 meters, to do it safely for the cyclist , in which journalists invited to know this campaign and actions to be implemented in Morelia participated.
